SERVICES AT ORCHID BAY
We are committed to making your Belizean vacation memorable by providing an array of services.
- Laundry service is available, just contact Tradewinds staff. Same day service can be provided.
- Housekeeping is offered upon request. Contact staff for mid-stay cleaning.
- Shopping services can be arranged, ask us for more information.
- We offer car washing services. Save on those expensive rental car fees, and let our staff wash it before you return it!
- Orchid Bay has 2 security guards 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year for your security. It is helpful to let the gate know if you will be gone for the day, especially if you will be out overnight.
- Internet is provided complementary at Tradewinds Restaurant and on the beach. Check with the restaurant for the most current passwords. Some Casitas have internet provided and mobile hot spots are available on a consumption basis.
- Local Belizean cell phones can be rented for your convenience during your stay, inquire if interested.
- Out and About Belize’ is our preferred transportation services to and from Belize, as well as for tours of the surrounding areas. See attached flier for contact information and pricing.
- Bike rentals are $20 Bz for half a day, and $40 Bz for a full day.
- Paddle boards are $10 Bz hourly, $20 Bz for half the day, and 40 BZE for the full day.
- Tropic Air, the airline of Belize, is the greatest way to travel in Belize. Flights are available daily and tickets can be purchased at Tradewinds. Tradewinds Restaurant is a registered agent of Tropic Air.
- Boat Tours and Water Taxis are a great way to get around. Thunderbolt has services from Corozal or Sarteneja to San Pedro daily. For more information, inquire. We will be pleased to arrange tours for you outside of Orchid Bay.
