Terms and Conditions
General Policies
- Rates are in USD and do not include taxes or service fee.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- Cabana rates are based on double occupancy.
- Condo and Private Home rates are based on quad occupancy.
- Extra person fees of $18 USD may apply.
- Children 10 years and under accompanied by an adult stay for free.
- Check-in is at 4:00 pm and check-out is at 11:00 am.
- Smoking is NOT allowed inside the units or on the Cabana patios. Smoking is permitted in all outdoor areas, but we ask that you please keep our beaches clean and dispose of your waste responsibly.

Guests not staying at Orchid Bay are welcome to use the pool for a fee of $5 USD per day. Otherwise, Orchid Bay Resort guests enjoy complimentary daily access to the pool.
Deposit Policy
- 50% of the total reservation will be charged at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance will be charged within 30 days of check-in.
- If the reservation is made within 30 days of check-in, 100% of the total will be charged.
Cancellation Policy
- Reservations may be cancelled without penalty up to 30 days prior to check-in.
- 100% of the total will be charged for cancellations received within 30 days of check-in (or in the event of no-shows or early departures).
- No refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portions of a package.
- We reserve the right to cancel or modify transactions where it appears the customer has engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity or under other circumstances where it appears that the reservation contains a mistake or error.
