Stopped in for Monday soup night. They had a sweet potato with chicken. It was excellent.

My wife and I and another couple spent a week at Orchid Bay Resort in May 2026. We found the resort to be beautiful, the food excellent and the people most accommodating. The resort is in the far north of Belize so drives of 1 to 2 hours are common to get to some of the best touisty spots (zip lining, cave tubing, etc.). OBR provided vehicles and drivers for all of our activities. They have a pretty long list of tours outside of the resort, but we also found them very willing to modify tours to meet our requirements. Our cabin was very nice, but only had a double sized bed. We have a king at home so the double seemed a little cramped to us. Other cabins have bigger beds so just ask for what you want and I'm sure they will be able to accommodate you. We were there during the "border" season and the resort was very quite and peaceful during the week. There were a few more local people there on the weekend. Overall we had an excellent time and hope to be able to get back there soon.

The view of the blue crystal clear waters, the white sand, and the palm trees are all a stable of what a tropical vacation should be. The best part of Orchid Bay was the employees. They truly embodied what family stand for. We had some great laughs, great food, and great times. Shot-Out to Indi, Jasmine, Nadia, and Briany.

Staff were really nice and the place was really beautiful. The bar and restaurant are awesome by the pool

The resort location is amazing. I had an ocean front casita with a beautiful view of the bay from my screened in porch. Sunsets were amazing! Casita is large and very comfortable. I was alone but the unit can accommodate a family very easily. Good linens and very clean. Grounds are well maintained. The WiFi in the unit is solid and reliable. The bay in front is spectacular. Met my captains last night who I will fish 2 days with who are awesome!I enjoyed my stay so much I booked a second stay to come back down in a month. Overall great property, staff and location. Looking forward to coming back!
