Terms & Conditions

• Tour booking requests are not a confirmation.
• Tours will be confirmed within 72 hours via email after a request is received.
• Orchid Bay Resort works exclusively with licensed and insured tour operators to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
• Advance payment is not required for tours. Tours are paid on final bill at check-out.
• Once a tour is confirmed, your space will be guaranteed with the tour operator.
• Tours can be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty with a minimum of 48 hours notice.
• The full total will be charged to your bill in the event of a no-show, or for any tours cancelled with less than 48 hours notice.
• Tours cancelled due to weather or other acts of God may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty.
